Ford Shanley, Broker
Ford received his real estate license at age 18 while attending the University of Texas at Austin. Ford also manages several multimillion dollar real estate portfolios for clients in the Austin area. His professional platform provides an in-house option for investors to have their entire real estate operation under one roof, optimizing performance and providing more opportunity for growth.
My Approach
“Over the last 20 years representing clients, I have developed the art of listening. Many clients I work with don’t know exactly what they are looking for. I know how to guide them to the right property. With a 100% referral business for over a decade, my strategy is longterm and I plan to work with my clients for many years to come, continually building on a solid foundation of trust and performance. A real estate transaction can be complicated and stressful. My goal is to soften the experience and confidently guide my clients through each transaction." - Ford
